Base Game Prizes
Prizes are awarded when a combination of three or more matching symbols appears on a payline, starting on the left reel. Prizes for most of the symbols are based on your line bet. Golden Fortune Orb symbols are the key to winning a chance at Fortune Link. If you get at least size anywhere on the reels, those triggering Fortune Orb symbols freeze on the reels. Spin the reels and try to add more. Start with three re-spins, and reset that counter to three each time a new symbol joins the others. Each Fortune Orb hides a cash prize or one of the four smaller jackpots – Mini, Minor, Major, or Grand).
Keep going until you don’t get another Fortune Orb to reset the re-spins counter or all 15 spaces contain a Fortune Orb. If you fill all 15 spaces, you win the Super Grand Jackpot, which is worth $16,000 at the time of this review.
Tips for Getting Started
To play Fortunate Buddha, set your wager and spin the reels. Bets are fixed on all 50 paylines and are as low as the 50-cent minimum. For our review, we opted for the $5 wager the casino allowed and tested it out. Five of our first 10 spins lead to prizes ranging from 50 cents to $12. The game surprised us by the frequency of winning combinations.
